第29回全国大会に関する御案内

今週末、24(土)―25（日）に開催されます、第29回全国大会に関しまして、以下、御案内申し上げます。

自由論題セッション内での繰上げ措置について：
9月8日に学会事務局より配信いただいた「全国大会参加申込リマインドと更新版プログラムの御案内」のなかで、大会プログラムの更新版を広報させていただきました。学会HP上からその更新版をダウンロードして御覧になった方は、すでに、お気づきかと思いますが、自由論題セッション内の個人発表について、キャンセルが出ております。今大会では、こうしたことへの対処につきまして、そのキャンセル分の報告が含まれていた当該自由論題セッションの中で、順番の繰り上げを行います。また、そうしたケースも含めて、自由論題セッション内では、司会者の判断で適宜時間的な調整が行われ、結果的に、１つの報告枠が30分（原則的に想定していた時間）以上に及ぶことも認められています。最新のキャンセル分につきましては、当日、会場での掲示とプリントにての配布を行いますが、あらかじめ、参加者の方に、この場をお借りして連絡させていただきます。

託児について：
大会期間中の託児サービスの実施を広報していましたが、期限の16日までに申込みがありませんでした。ですので、今回の大会では託児サービスは実施いたしません。

クローク：
大会会場にクロークを設置し、お荷物をお預かりします。ただし、貴重品、PC等につきましては、破損・紛失等の責任は負いかねますので、お預けにならず、各自でお持ちください。

交通：
お車での来場はお控えください。

昼食：
9月24日（土）・25日（日）ともに、昼食時にコープ・レストラン（学生会館内）をご利用いただけます。また最寄り駅（神戸市営地下鉄「学園都市」）周辺にもコンビニ、飲食店がございます。

懇親会：
大学生協のご好意で、地酒等の日本酒の持込みは認められています。

In regard to the 29th Annual Conference of JASAS, which is approaching this weekend, namely 24-25 September, we would like to hereby announce a few points.

Arrangement in “Session for individual papers”:
The revised program uploaded on 8 September already indicated the individual papers which had been cancelled by that time. In current annual conference, we will move up the order of papers in the particular sessions which happen to see such cancellations. This measure is to be taken only within the session, but not beyond that. Some additional time caused by the cancellation within the session may be utilized by other papers under the control of chairs there. Information about additional cancellations will be notified on board at the venue of conference on 24th as well as in a printed handout about that.

Cloak:
Cloak is available, but please note that the valuables are unacceptable.

Transportation：
Please use public transport to travel to the venue for the conference.

Lunch:
COOP restaurant will be open for lunch on both days.
There are convenience stores and fast food restaurants around Gakuen-toshi station.
