報告要旨
　The district of Gurgaon is in the north Indian state of Haryana. Gurgaon adjoins Delhi on its southern side. From the early 1980s, it has been a site of very significant site of private real estate activities
and is currently home to India’s largest privately developed city. DLF City — spread over approximately 3500 acres — was built by the Delhi and Finance corporation and is regarded in both scholarly as well as popular writing as a significant site for the making of contemporary cultures of trans-national urbanism in India. In this paper, I explore the changing relations between private capital, the state and urban residents in order to explore new meanings of citizenship and urban identities in India.”
