The Call for Papers for the 38th Annual Conference (September 27-28, 2025)

The 38th Annual Conference of JASAS will be held at Tokyo University of Foreign Studies on September 27-28, 2025.

The executive committee of JASAS welcomes proposals for both individual papers and panel sessions.

Submission Open Date and Deadline
Abstract submissions open: 12:00(JST), March 15
Abstract submissions close: 22:00(JST), April 16

Note 1: The registration period for last year’s annual conference was not extended. To ensure your participation, we kindly request that you register at your earliest convenience.

Note 2: Non-members residing overseas may submit individual papers only if they have a recommendation from a JASAS member.

Note 3: Please use the designated template when preparing your abstract and follow the instructions given in the template. Abstracts that ignore the instructions may not be considered.
