Procedures for Leave of Absence and Reinstatement of Membership

If you want to take a leave of absence for reasons such as overseas work, study abroad, or medical treatment, please fill the prescribed form with your seal and send it to the Annual Membership Fee Collection Section below.

  • During the period of absence, the annual membership fee will be waived. The Association journal will not be delivered during this time.
  • If you want to reinstate your membership, please fill out the prescribed form with your seal, and send it to the Annual Membership Fee Collection Section below.
  • The forms for leave of absence and reinstatement must be approved by the Executive Board before they are officially accepted.

Membership Withdrawal procedure

If you want to cancel your membership, please fill out the prescribed form with your seal, and send it to the Annual Membership Fee Collection Section below. Please make payments due as soon as possible.
